About the role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Group CFO & Group Head of HR on a temporary contract basis.  Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the role will interact regularly with the Global Leadership Team and wider finance and HR teams. The position requires a proactive, organised, and adaptable individual who can manage multiple priorities and provide effective support across a demanding and frequently changing workload, whilst maintaining the highest level of discretion.  The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver administrative support in a flexible and timely manner, responding effectively to the evolving demands of both the Group CFO and Group Head of HR.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive & complex diary management for the Group CFO and Group Head of HR including all internal & external meetings across multiple time zones 
  • Arranging global travel for the CFO and Head of HR to align with regular Board/Committee meetings and offsites throughout the year 
  • Ad-hoc diary and travel assistance to the wider finance and HR teams 
  • Processing expenses and credit card statements for the Group CFO and Head of HR.
  • Participate in the newly-formed Communications forum, supporting with producing all-staff communications, arranging townhalls and employee engagement events
  • Support the London/Bermuda based EAs where required on GLT (Global Leadership Team) and iNED Offsites & Strategy days/events etc. 
  • Other ad-hoc projects/tasks, updating of org charts, new joiner inductions etc. 
  • Covering the London and Bermuda EAs when needed

Role Requirements

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives within a regulated or professional services environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workloads, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude and brings resilience, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Team player with ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
